Resolved

From 1:50 to 2:50 PM PDT, CaptivateIQ presented errors to users on a wide number of operations, many of which contained the error "Enter a valid IPv4 or IPv6 address." This was caused by a bug in newly released code. CaptivateIQ rolled back the release as soon as monitoring detected the errors and are working to prevent this error from happening again.
